Back up your ESI System Programming

 

Owners of ESI Systems have the user friendly advantages that most other systems don’t. Requests for the Installer Password are very common via online Tech Forums. I have personally witnessed healthy protectionism when system owners have gone online in search of property they actually own. In my opinion when the OWNER of the systems wants the INSTALLER password then he/she should have it.

 

If the system owner has the INSTALLER password then they are free to make any changes they feel are important. The potential danger present is making a change that does more harm than good. Protect yourself from that by requesting a back up of internal programming. Having the program backed up is the same as having a restore point on your computer.
