If you are having a complication due to the lack of an accurate password to your ESI System then I am available to help you.

 

Before we begin I need to make you aware of some things I will need to know and why I need to know these things.

 

I need to know who  OWNER of the system.

 

 It is common for a business owner or upper management to delegate technical responsibilities to someone such as yourself to obtain this information, but if I don’t know the business behind this system I would be irresponsible. The fastest way to clear this hurdle is the MAIN number to the business.

 

The Serial Number.

 

It isn’t absolutely critical that I have the serial number from the ESI System cabinet but it helps. The serial number will indicate if your system is under warranty and if it is under warranty we need to proceed with that information in order to protect your warranty.

 

Why are you contacting me?

 

 My reason for needing to know is since I didn’t install your system then someone else did. If you have a reason that you do not want to contact the installer that is fine, that is none of my business. If you don’t know of the original installer then I can help you find them as part of my service. There are many that contact me and feel the need to conceal the fact that they purchased the system from a 3rd party such as ebay. Just as often I get contacted by individuals that have no idea how the system got there, they just need help. I have no problem assisting ESI System owners and their authorized personnel no matter where it came from.
