If you have an ESI Telephone System and you want the important password that gets you into every level of programming then you have come to the right place!
YES, I CAN DO THAT!
ESI Systems have 2 passwords used for system programming. The “Top Dog” password is referred to as the Installer Password. The installer password is used to do anything and everything including getting the uninformed into trouble.
I have been contacted numerous times by individuals responsible for the programming of their ESI System that were certain they had all the necessary passwords. It is common to find out that the individual only possessed the Administrator Password. The Admin password is usually given to office managers and business owners for routine changes within the business operation.
Both Passwords can be returned to factory default or changed to any password requested by the owner of the system. The system is connected using either Esi-Access or System Programmer software provided by ESI to ESI certified resellers (that would be me). This connection can be made either directly to the system using the serial port, remotely using dial-up through a connected phone line or network access using the NSP port.
Even though it is possible to reset the password remotely this process is the most difficult. The reason for that is not the fault of the technology involved but there is a verification process to follow. If you have an ESI system in operation then of course it is not feasible to uninstall it and do without for several days. In that case the remote connection process is the only option available to you and we can work accordingly.
Contact me by using the email link above and we can get the process underway.
