So where is it???

 

Take Western North to Grande Drive and turn left.

Go West till you get to Tierra Drive.

It is on the Right beginning West of Tierra Drive.

There is next to nothing on this land. That is it’s greatest asset. In order to make this location desirable for human inhabitation some considerable effort will need to take place.

 

 

 

Project 1 —- The Culvert

 

A culvert must be put in place for access to the property. The location of the culvert will be approximately 10 feet west of the only power pole extending parallel to Grande Dr a minimum of 20 feet.

 

I have located a corrugated 20 foot culvert that can be delivered and installed. I need a volunteer to supervise, evaluate and deliver the funds to the actual installer.

 

This project should be completed by early March. See picture below.
